As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, we are committed to making it right within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- 2.Verification
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return authorization code or a replacement confirmation.
- 3.Package Item
If returning equipment or unopened coffee, securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- 4.Resolution
Once received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 48 hours.
